GHRP-2 Peptide and Hormonal Response

The participants were presented with varying concentrations of GHRP-2, and hormonal levels were measured at different time intervals. The results of the study indicated a dose-dependent increase in growth hormone and IGF-1 concentrations, while cortisol levels remained relatively stable. This investigation suggested that GHRP-2 may exert a regulatory effect on the endocrine system, particularly in stimulating growth hormone and IGF-1 release.

Combinatorial Effects of Peptides on Hormonal Axes

A group of 40 subjects with diverse hormonal imbalances was enrolled, and they were administered different combinations of peptides over a span of 7 days. The study included groups receiving GHRP-2 alone, GHRP-2 with CRH, GHRP-2 with AVP, and a placebo group. Serum samples were collected for analysis before and after the study period. The findings suggested that the combination of GHRP-2 with CRH and AVP elicited more pronounced effects on hormonal axes, demonstrating potential synergistic actions in regulating various hormonal pathways.
